Before booking your photoshoot with Aspect Visuals, it is important that you carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, which outline our mutual obligations and protect your rights as a Client and ours as the Company.

1. Deliverables

Aspect Visuals specializes in Real Estate Photography, Videography, Virtual Tours, and Lifestyle Photography. Our deliverables include high resolution photographs, video content, and virtual tour media, as specified in your service order. The scope of work will be outlined in your booking confirmation which itemizes the services requested.

2. During the Photoshoot

We require that the property is prepared or staged prior to our arrival, as per the guidelines provided. Our photographers and videographers will capture the property as is and are not responsible for any staging or cleaning. Any specific requests or shot lists should be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.

Site Readiness: The property must be fully prepared by the start of the appointment. The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the appointment if delays occur due to the presence of other vendors, contractors, or any involved parties such as cleaners, stagers, builders, landscapers, inspectors, prospective buyers, or real estate professionals. Please make sure other appointments are not scheduled at the same time as the photoshoot.

Scope of Services: The Company's services are limited to those specified in this agreement. Company personnel, including contractors and representatives, are not responsible for extensive cleaning, moving furniture, or rearranging décor and fixtures.

Safety Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring the absence of safety hazards at the site. The Company, including its employees and contractors, has the authority to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the production if safety concerns are identified. The Company will assess and determine the safety of the environment.

Pet Policy: To ensure the safety of our equipment and the quality of our media, we kindly request that all pets be secured or removed from the property being photographed or recorded prior to the commencement of the appointment. This precaution helps to avoid any accidental inclusion of pets in the media and protects our equipment from potential damage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Photography and Filming Scope: The Company will conduct photography and filming throughout the property. Standard practice excludes smaller areas like utility rooms and closets unless specifically requested by the Client. Such requests should be communicated to a Company representative prior to the appointment.

Fees for Changes: additional charges may apply if there is a need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the appointment.

3. After the Photoshoot

Post-production work will commence immediately after the photoshoot. We aim to deliver the final media within 48 hours of the shoot. Any revisions or additional edits requested beyond the scope of the original agreement will incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked appointment. If the photoshoot is delayed by inclement weather, we will prioritize rescheduling at the earliest available opportunity.

5. Rights and Usage

The images produced by Aspect Visuals for a Client are primarily intended for use in the Client's marketing endeavors, including promotional materials related to the property, as well as for the Client's personal marketing purposes. Furthermore, these images can be utilized by the Client's parent company exclusively for marketing activities pertaining to the specific property that has been photographed.

It is important to note that while the Client and the Client’s parent company are granted a license to use these images, the ownership of the images remains with Aspect Visuals. This license is exclusive to the Client and the Client’s parent company and does not extend to any third parties.

Usage of the images by any third parties, such as architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is not permitted under this agreement. Such usage requires explicit written consent from Aspect Visuals. This policy ensures the protection of the Photographer's rights and the integrity of the work. If usage is requested, please have the interested party contact us through our website at www.aspectvisuals.co. Copyright of all media remains with Aspect Visuals.

6. Payment Information

Payment is due upon delivery of the final media. We kindly remind our clients that the release of any final deliverables, including images, videos, and virtual tours, will be contingent upon the receipt of full payment. This policy is applicable unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon and documented at the time of scheduling your service with Aspect Visuals.

By booking a photoshoot with Aspect Visuals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
