Third-Party Licensing Policy

All media created by Aspect Visuals is licensed solely to the original client for use in property marketing and personal promotion. Licensing to third parties, including agents taking over a listing, rental or leasing purposes, portfolio use for architects, developers, designers, or for any other promotional purposes, requires written approval from the original client and is charged at the full original invoice amount. If approved, the third party must sign a licensing agreement outlining the permitted usage. Photos may not be resold, transferred, or used outside the defined scope of the agreement. We do not license individual images or partial sets. Aspect Visuals retains all copyrights and reserves the right to feature our work in portfolio and marketing materials.
