Third-Party Licensing Policy

All media created by Aspect Visuals is licensed solely to the original client for marketing a specific property listing at the time of engagement and for that client’s personal promotion. Any other use including by agents/brokerages taking over the listing now or later, property managers (rental/leasing), architects/designers, vendors, or re-lists of the same property months/years later requires (1) a new license purchased from Aspect Visuals by the party seeking use and (2) written permission from the prior licensee/original client. If approved, the new licensee must sign our licensing agreement specifying the permitted usage. Media may not be resold, transferred, or used outside the licensed scope. We do not license individual images or partial sets. Aspect Visuals retains all copyrights and portfolio rights.
